Carter-Dal PTS 30 ANHY Anhydrite screed primer, stops installation failure when tiling direct to Anhydrous screeds. Used on a lightly scrabbled then hoovered substrate, it will then allow a direct bond with Carter-Dal 747 mixed with 1011.
